Become a Companion

The Companions programme was formally launched at the Julian Festival in May 2009. The Companions are a new grouping within the Friends of Julian of people who want to commit themselves in a troubled world to a spiritually deeper way of life inspired by Julian’s insights into the nature of God and the human person.

The programme offers a liberating structure grounded in the mystical tradition. It is open to laity and clergy of all denominations or none. The Companions' constitution outlines the way of life that the programme seeks to inspire and explains the process of becoming a Companion. It sets out the core commitments that Companions are invited to adopt, including: daily prayer, regular study of Julian's Revelations and sharing in the responsibility for furthering the educational work of the Julian Centre.

You can download the constitution and an application form below. For further information contact Nicole McDonald, Administrator at the Julian Centre.
